Haiwick Heritage Ranch offers whole, half and mixed quarters of dry-aged, certified Angus beef.  We started doing so after we noticed a trend – people want to know where their food comes from and how it was raised. More importantly, people need to know that it is safe and of the highest quality.  At Haiwick Heritage Ranch, we provide the same cattle that our family has been enjoying for years and, we want to share that goodness with you.
